Introduction

All products available for sale on this website are sold subject to the following terms and conditions. Purchase of any product on this website acknowledges your agreement to be bound with these terms and conditions and we reserve the right to add to, amend, or adjust these terms and conditions at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

i) Special Offers
All special offers found on our website are exclusive to our online service. We reserve the right to modify or end these special offers at any time.

ii) Prices
We spend considerable time continuously assessing the online market to ensure we provide competitive prices. However, we do not guarantee to have the lowest price on every item. We will consider items for price matching. Enquiries regarding this must be made prior to completing the sale by emailing rob@no1golfshop.co.uk.

All listed prices include VAT. The cost of delivery is added separately as you proceed through checkout. By completing checkout you enter an agreement in which the payment method you authorise comprises of the total unit cost of all goods plus the total delivery cost.

iii) Product Warranties
All goods sold are new unless otherwise stated and include the manufacturers full warranty. From time to time we may list items in used condition. Where applicable, any remaining manufacturing warranty cover will still apply to these goods.

iv) Delivery
We offer a service to both residential and business address. Your order can only be shipped to the address specified in checkout. Products in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order (exc. Saturdays). Due to a higher rate charged for Saturday deliveries, we only book collections in for mid week days. Our courier service will usually deliver the next working day, however, this may vary slightly in some cases. Products out of stock can take between 7 – 16 working days to be shipped to you, depending on availability from the supplier. We do not ship part orders – in cases where your order includes a combination of items in and out of stock, the whole order will be despatched once those items out of stock arrive. This policy ensures a minimal cost for both parties. Dates for delivery are only approximate and we are not liable for any delay in your order. All deliveries are fully insured. In cases where you fail to receive delivery the goods shall be returned and, without an acceptable reason, your order will be cancelled. A full refund will be provided but you will be liable for delivery costs. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the delivery of your order you must contact us by immediately, please refer to our “returns” section for more details. You must also provide details in writing within 5 working days. Failure to do this may mean we are not liable for any loss or damage. We accept collection in person with appropriate identification. Registered users only.

v) Order Cancellation & Returns
You have the right to cancel your contract at any point of the order process. Please note that cancellation of “special orders” may be subject to a cancellation and/or restocking fee. This information, if applicable, will be provided in your order confirmation. The contract into which you enter after completing checkout expires once delivery of the goods is accepted with your signature. However, we also offer a returns policy for your peace of mind. Please refer to the section on “Returns” for conditions relating to product being sent back.

vi) Links
Our website may include a links page to third parties. We hold no responsibility for the content, use or privacy practices of any of these sites listed. By choosing to click any of these links you accept that we are not liable for any damage, loss or offence caused by, or in connection with, the use of these sites.

vii) Availability
We make every effort to ensure our site contains up-to-date information regarding availability. Any item not in stock will be highlighted on the website. Should you order an item that is out of stock delivery time to you will be approximately 5 – 16 working days. The difference in delivery is so large because some suppliers provide goods faster than others. We cannot guarantee availability of special parts for customised orders, however, you will be notified before payment is processed if the supplier does not have the relevant parts available.

viii) Complaints
Customer satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint regarding our site or the service we provide, please email rob@no1golfshop.co.uk stating the nature of your complaint. We will respond within 48 hours and remedy the situation as soon as is feasibly possible.

ix) Images & Product Information
No1golfshop prepares the images and product information found on our site with the help of our suppliers. Any third party, without prior consent, may not use images and product information.

x) Competitions
From time to time we may run competitions on the website. These would only be available to registered users only. We reserve the right to modify or remove a competition with prior notice.

xi) Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify us, our officers, employees, agents and suppliers, immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out any breach by you of these terms and conditions or by your use of this website, or the use of any other person accessing this website using your account or your Personal Information.

xii) Colours
We make every effort to ensure that the images of the products on our website are accurate, however, differences between monitors may result in the colour of the product you see, not exactly matching its true colour.
xiii) Orders
We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access by a third party to your Confidential Information, unless it is due to our negligence.

xiv) Acceptance
Following your order on this website you will receive an email confirming your selection. We will not accept the order and complete the contract until we despatch the products ordered. If there is a problem with your order (eg. a problem with your credit card or our suppliers do not have the Products ordered in stock, and we cannot complete the contract) we will notify you by email.

xv) Payment
Where payment is made by Pay Pal,credit or debit card, you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of your order plus VAT and delivery charges. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellations will be made to the same card. Where payment has not been made in full, we may cancel your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you.

xvi) Liability
We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation, whether caused by our negligence or not, arising out of or in connection with the goods or their use or resale by you. We are not liable to pay you any compensation other than a refund equal to the price of the goods that you have paid for. This clause is not intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. The risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you when delivery is made. We cannot accept any claims beyond this point. All implied warranties and undertakings are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.


xvii) General
By completing checkout you not only agree to these terms and conditions but also accept all other content listed on the website.

xviii) Returns

In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from no1golfshop.co.uk, you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error. We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Parcelforce) for larger items and Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery for smaller items. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

Please include the delivery note which contains the order number and account details and complete the reverse of the form to indicate the action you wish to be taken with your return.

What happens next?

You now have three options:

1. So that you receive the replacement goods as soon as possible, we recommend that you place another order online as soon as you know you will have to return the original goods. This means you will have what you need without unnecessary delay, rather than having to wait for the goods to reach us and be processed. If you choose this method you should request a refund for your original order when you send it back.

2. If you wish us to receive the return and process an exchange for you then please include the relevant information concerning the alternative goods required and this will be processed upon receipt.

3. Finally, if you do not wish to place another order or exchange the goods and would just like a refund, then let us know and we will do this as soon as your order is received.

Please Note: We cannot accept returns for second hand or custom fit items unless they were delivered faulty.
