Cancelling an Order
You have the right to cancel your contract at any point of the order process. To cancel an order email cancellations@no1golfshop.co.uk Please include the following information:
· Order Number (Refer to Confirmation Email)
· Description and quantity of item(s) on the cancellation
· Reason(s) for cancelling
Please note that cancellation of “special orders” may be subject to a cancellation and/or restocking fee. This information, if applicable, will be provided in your order confirmation.
Returns
Here at No1 golf shop we understand that the majority of customers will be more than satisfied with their product and service, however, on rare occasions it may become necessary for product to be returned. Our returns policy enables you to have peace of mind when placing an order with us. Goods are classed as requiring a “return authorisation” once you have signed for delivery of them. Should you need to return product, email returns@no1golfshop.co.uk Please include the following information:
· Order Number (Refer to Confirmation Email)
· Description and quantity of item(s) on the return
· Reason(s) for returning
You will be provided with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return address. Both the RA number and return address should be clearly written on the package, ready for collection. We shall arrange collection of the product for you.
Goods can be returned for one of the following reasons:
- You no longer want the item(s)
- The goods are faulty
- The goods are not what you ordered
Conditions apply, depending on your reason for returning product:
Item(s) No Longer Wanted
- The item(s) must be returned unused
- The cost of the return is at your own expense
- Valid for a period of 30 days after date of order confirmation (date on email)
- Exchange only available
Faulty Goods
- The cost of return will be refunded once proof of cost has been received by post
- Due to the fact that goods can be faulty on initial inspection, or may become faulty over a given time this policy has no expiry date. However, you are restricted to the applicable manufacturers warranty
- Goods outside this period will not be accepted
- Exchange or full refund available
Goods Not What Ordered
- The item(s) must be returned unused
- The cost of the return will be arranged and settled at our expense
- Notification must be made within 3 working days of receipt
- Exchange or full refund available
