Placing an Order
Once registered simply browse our online catalogue for what you need. You can do this by brand or type. If you are after something specific you can also do a No1 search to find it. When you’ve found what you want clicking on the image or the “more info” section will take you into the item description. Here you can learn more about the product and look at any detailed images. There are also options available here to distinguish any variables you may like, for example, a particular colour of bag or loft of driver. Once you are happy with your choice click add to basket.
When you have finished selecting your goods simply follow the on screen instructions to complete your order. For your convenience we ask all users to register with us. It takes a matter of minutes to complete and will save you re-submitting delivery details and other information next time you shop with us.

Should you wish to pay by cheque you must telephone your order in. Please make all cheques payable to No 1 Golf Shop.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email (within 24 hrs – exc. Sundays) quoting your order number and an estimated delivery date. Please note that this date is only an estimation; some orders may take more or less time to process. Since all users will be registered with us, even telephoned orders will receive this email confirmation.
Despatch & Delivery (Free Delivery on purchases over £50 to UK only)
At No1 Golf Shop we do not try and and make on our shipping costs, so our standard shipping cost for all items under £50 is £3.99.
All products that offer free shipping will show clearly in the product description.
When your complete order has been despatched we will notify you by email. Please note that we do not despatch part orders, therefore, the estimated time of arrival on your order confirmation is governed by the supply of out of stock products. Any estimation we send you is based on what our suppliers quote us.
Here at No1 Golf Shop our items are shipped using Royal Mail signed for service and DHL or Yodel 48. The delivery service provided will deliver to both home and business domestic U.K. addresses, in most cases, in 2-5 working days.
Our courier provides a yellow card service for all of our users. If you are unfortunate enough to miss the delivery of your goods, the driver will leave a yellow card at the registered delivery address. All you need to do is contact the number on this card and re-arrange another drop off more convenient for yourself. This service is available for you up to three times at no additional cost.
We will also accept collection of goods in person. However, please note that you must provide adequate proof of identification when collecting. Goods will only be released to those registered for the purchase.
